Mentoring Scheme

After the successful initial launch of the mentoring programme last year, we are excited to announce the re-launch of the Young Professionals in Social Value (YPSV) Mentoring Scheme for 2024/25!

The scheme is a free, cross-industry initiative which pairs like-minded individuals at different career stages to foster professional development and growth in the Social Value sector.

Why participate?

Mentors

Mentees:

How does it work?

Each mentee is matched with a mentor who shares common interests or background, ensuring a meaningful and productive relationship. Mentors will offer guidance based on the mentee’s objectives through regular communication.

How to Apply

To apply, simply complete this application form by Monday 30th September. You can apply to be a mentor, mentee or even both, depending on your career stage. We ask that mentor have at least 5 years of experience in Social Value Value or Sustainability.

Important dates

  • Application deadline: Monday 30th September
  • Launch event: Tuesday 10th September, to join the virtual event, please see here
  • Mentoring duration: October 2024 to April 2025
  • Commitment: Monthly 30-60 minute calls, combining face-to-face and virtual meetings as applicable
