Our YPSV 2025 Mentoring Programme is now underway with 90 matches and over 170 people involved. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered as a mentor or signed up as a mentee.
The scheme is a free, cross-industry initiative which pairs like-minded individuals at different career stages to foster professional development and growth in the Social Value sector.

Chloe and Rob’s mentorship journey
The programme will run from June to December involving:
- 6 x 1-hour sessions, scheduled monthly in any format (phone, video or in-person)
- Matched pairs based on interests, experience and goals
- Open to both new and returning mentors and mentees
- You can apply to be a Mentor, Mentee or both depending on what stage of your career that you’re in. We ask that Mentors have an initial 5 year+ work experience
